The hardest thing anyone can ever do is to break or create a habit. If the habit is there, it means that the person has accepted it and it plays a part of their lives. This book will guide the reader a step-by-step guide on how to create a positive change in their lives. What I liked about the book are the examples Fox uses. He doesn’t just give advice from a theoretical point, he has implemented the practices he lays out in the book in his own life. The examples he gives the readers from his own life made me feel that it was possible to implement a new habit in my life.
Please do yourself a favor and read this book. It’s a great book to help you implement a positive change in your life.
